Is the consult really free?
Yes. Your first 30 minutes are free. If you miss it without 24 hours' notice, a $15 reschedule fee applies. If you need more time than the 30 minutes, additional consult time is $50.
Which plan should I start with?
You don't need to know. Choose "Not sure yet" when you book, and Jasmine will recommend one on the call.
Is the ad budget really included?
Yes. Every plan includes a monthly ad budget that Project Smith manages for you: $25 on Launch, $35 on Elevate and $50 on Soar. It is part of the monthly price, not an extra charge.
Do I still need to post myself?
You don't have to, but it helps. The plans work as a partnership: Project Smith handles the scheduled posts, ads and engagement, and you're encouraged to add stories and real-time posts of your own.
Do I see posts before they go out?
Yes. You get two business days to review each round and ask for changes before it is scheduled.
Is there a contract?
Plans are billed monthly, in advance. After the first month, a three-month commitment applies, and either side gives 14 days' notice to end it. The full terms are on her policies page, and Jasmine walks through them on the call.
Do I need a website too?
Not necessarily. If you have one, your posts and ads point to it. If you don't, or it needs work, Jasmine builds Wix websites from $350, and a landing page takes 5 to 7 business days.
Are hosting and my domain included in a website?
Your Wix plan and domain are paid to Wix directly, separate from the design price. Her clients typically pay about $162 a year for hosting at the best rate.
